Returns and Exchanges Policy

At my3friends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
 
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
 
Non-returnable items include:
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
 
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • It may take [5–10 business days] for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
Partial refunds may be granted for:
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned late (after the return window)
 
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@my3friends.com before returning it.
 
4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you're eligible for a return, we will provide instructions and the return address by email.
 
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
